Job Description
OliveHaus Nig. Ltd., an interior design company in Lagos is hiring a Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate would coordinate all aspects of a project – develop plans, set schedules and timelines, and ensure projects are completed according to time and budget projections.
Job Overview
Minimum Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or a relevant course of study
Experience Level: Intermediate level
Experience Length: 3 years minimum
Responsibilities

Organize and review building plans, as well as source for general contractors.

Consult with clients from the project development process through completion of the construction project.

Maintain oversight on contractors ensuring they adhere to the building plans and regulations.

Oversee scheduling and timelines to ensure that projects are on time and within budget.

Conduct site planning and ensure that projects are complying with local zoning, environmental, and safety regulations.
Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or a relevant course of study.

Project management certification is a requirement.

A minimum of 3 years experience in managing and tracking projects.

Must be very proficient in Microsoft Projects or other Project Management software.

Must have a good knowledge of CAD software and other project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, etc.

Must have a good knowledge of project management techniques and the legalities of contracts.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time.

Must have excellent budgeting and negotiation skills.

Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to work collaboratively with members of the team and the contractors.
