Job Description

OliveHaus Nig. Ltd., an interior design company in Lagos is hiring an Architectural Visualizer. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Sketchup, photoshop, Revit and any other relevant CAD software.

Job Overview

Minimum Qualification: HND or B.Sc. degree

Experience Level: Entry/Intermediate level

Experience Length: 1-3 years

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ability to create 3D visualizations from floor plans, sketches, and elevations.
  • Production of photorealistic renderings.

Requirements

  • A minimum requirement of an HND or B.Sc. degree in Architecture or Building Technology.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings of interior spaces.
  • Proficiency in the use of Sketchup, photoshop, Revit and any other relevant CAD software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, very disciplined – with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good awareness of design trends.
  • Able to collaborate and work well with members of the team.
